| Within the continental United States all items are shipped United Parcel Service using their basic ground service. US Postal Service (which can be shipped to a post office box or an APO address) and Air Express Service is available at an additional cost. The shipping rate for bulky or heavy items will be quoted at the time you order or prior to shipment. These items may cost considerably more to ship. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped by UPS Blue Label. | ||

Restraints can not be shipped
overseas without an export license. This holds true for any quantity.
The only exceptions are shipments to Canada and to the US military and other
US agencies overseas. At your request PX:Direct will apply for an
export license. Licenses take four to six weeks for approval.
For orders less than $300 rhere is a $30 fee for preparing and tracking
export license applications. Other than restraints, most items can be shipped to international destinations outside of the United States. Unless specified these orders will be shipped through the post office using Global Air Express or Priority Mail. We will ship air parcel post but will not be responsible for lost shipments. Lost shipments will be credited only if and when PX:Direct receives a credit from the US Postal Service. DHL, Federal Express or United Parcel expedited shipping is available at a significantly higher price. A $10 service charge, above and beyond International Shipping and Handling Costs is added to international orders to cover the additional paperwork and the trip to the post office. International shipping charges are estimated prior to shipping and charged accordingly. In the event that the actual shipping charges are higher, the customer's credit card will be charged a second time for the additional shipping charges. Some large items can not ship through the postal service and must ship through commercial carriers. Shipments to Canada can be made by UPS ground based on UPS rates to Canada. |

| Payment | Full
payment is required prior to shipment. Payment may be made by check, money order or
credit cards. PX:Direct accepts American Express, Master Card and Visa. Please do not send
cash through the mail. A 60% deposit is required for all fabricated items in the
Jail Cell section and for all cell furnishings. The balance is due prior to
shipping. PX:Direct will automatically accept purchase orders from city, county, state and federal government agencies and correctional facilities within the US, the US Armed Forces. Other businesses must establish credit with PX:Direct. Purchase orders are not accepted for any overseas shipments except for the US Armed Forces. |

| Returns |
Sale Items may not be
returned. Modular holding cells, toilets, cell furniture and other cell furnishings are not returnable under any circumstances. Silk-screened uniforms are not returnable. Restraint beds and restraint boards are returnable, but they must be unused and there is a 60% restocking charge. Uniforms (if not worn and in their original packaging) and restraints (if not used and in their original packaging) may be returned for exchange within 10 days of the time you receive your order. There is a 30% restocking charge if uniforms or restraints are returned for credit. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning items to PX:Direct and for the shipping costs of any exchanged item. Notify PX:Direct for a return authorization number prior to returning any item to us. NO RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AFTER 30 DAYS. |
