a combative subject without facing the
danger of positional asphyxiation.

Includes leg wrap, ankle restraint, harness and carrying bag.  Fits easily in patrol car trunk.

The Wrap has recently been upgraded to include locking harness buckles that unlock by inserting any pointed object including a handcuff key or ball point pen.
         
Cuffed subject is placed on his stomach.  The velcro ankle restraint is fastened around his ankles.   The Wrap is slid under subject's legs.   The Wrap is tightened around the legs using the velcro straps.   The shoulder harness is fastened  around the subject's shoulders   The shoulder harness is fastened to the Wrap, securing subject in a sitting position.   The safely restrained subject can then be lifted and moved to a vehicle or holding area.
